Protect your car keys this autumn

✅Keep your keys safe, out of view, and away from the front door. It is not uncommon for car keys to be stolen by thieves fishing through a letterbox!

✅Cars with keyless entry can automatically unlock if the key is within a short distance – keep these away from the door and in a faraday bag to avoid them being cloned… thieves can capture the signal even if it is inside the home

✅Buy devices such as steering wheel locks, pedal boxes, and trackers to hide inside the car to protect it from the inside

✅Take your keys with you!

✅Keep your gardens clear from items that could assist thieves from gaining entry to your house – such as bricks, gas cannisters, and garden sheers
